I was inspired to set up a blog by Seth Godin. His post today re-inspired me. It’s not easy, but I will start by trying and perhaps doing a lot of writing poorly, in public, until I get it right.
Eliminating options is the work of creation. A blank canvas, a lump of clay, a business opportunity: each offers a set of options. Each detail filled in, or carved away, is a choice. To choose is to discard other options. As options are discarded, the work is revealed.
I want to see shooting stars. Literally. The price is sleep. Last night sleep won. There will be other nights. But like the article says, the best time is right now. That’s true for so many things, right?
